Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through direct marketing, references, channel partners and broker networks.

2. Handle sales of residential apartments, high-rise projects, villas and plotted developments.

3. Manage end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to final booking and closure.

4. Conduct site visits, property presentations and client meetings.

5. Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, brokers and investors.

6. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful bookings.

7. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

8. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

9. Coordinate with CRM, marketing, legal and accounts teams for smooth sales closures.

10. Maintain sales reports, lead databases, customer follow-ups and booking records.

Required Skills & Experience

- 38+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.





- Experience in residential projects, high-rise buildings, villas and plot sales.

- Strong knowledge of property sales and real estate market trends.

- Experience in channel partner and broker network management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Strong networking and relationship management capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working with reputed real estate developers/builders.

- Experience in Mivan shuttering and high-rise residential projects will be preferred.

- Candidates with experience in plot sales, villa sales and residential property closures.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred..
