Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Planner & Scheduler with 5-6 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, analyzing project performance, forecasting project completion, and supporting project controls to ensure timely project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

- Prepare project baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and resource-loaded schedules.

- Monitor project progress and update schedules based on inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

- Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify critical path activities.

- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI reports for management review.





- Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.

- Coordinate with project managers, discipline leads, vendors, and clients regarding schedule updates and project performance.

- Support project control functions including forecasting, manpower planning, and productivity monitoring.

- Track engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities against approved schedules.

- Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans when projects fall behind schedule.

- Participate in project review meetings and present schedule performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with company project execution procedures and client requirements.

- Maintain schedule databases, lessons learned, and project documentation.
