Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Avionics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar program management certification preferred.

Role Summary Lead end-to-end Aerospace & Defence programs execution from requirement elicitations, development, integration, qualification, certification, and deployment while managing customer relationships, technical teams, Suppliers, schedules, budgets, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete program lifecycle from bidding through delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Systems, Software, Hardware, FPGA, Mechanical, Verification & Validation, and Certification engineers.
- Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules, budgets, resource plans,



and program KPIs.
- Interface with customers, partners, suppliers, and certification authorities.
- Drive system integration, testing, qualification, certification, and acceptance activities.
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Support business development, proposal preparation, effort estimation, and customer engagements.
