- Run each project: plan, dates, budget, quality and handover
- Make the weekly plan, with owners, days and order-by dates for material
- Go through drawings with the site team before they are released, and sort out queries with the design team
- Work with procurement so material is on site before work starts
- Manage contractors: written work orders, transparent scope, and payments held back until snags are cleared
- Track cost against budget. Any client change is put in writing and priced
- Check site readiness each day (material, workers, drawings) and deal with problems, or escalate them as agreed
- Do an internal snag check before the client walkthrough, and prepare the handover
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
