Role Description This is a full-time in office Project Manager role based in Surat.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supervising expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, managing logistics for project sites, and monitoring inspection processes to confirm quality and compliance with specifications. The role also involves tracking project progress, managing risks, preparing status reports,



and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor experience and Expediting activities to manage material and equipment deliveries.
- Candidates should possess inspection capabilities, including conducting or overseeing Inspection to ensure quality and compliance.
- Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, including Logistics Management and coordination of transport, warehousing, and site deliveries.
- Relevant experience in solar, renewable energy, or construction projects is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills are required.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
