About DATAPKT Infra & Geomatics

DATAPKT Infra & Geomatics is a Gurugram-based survey, mapping and engineering design firm. We carry out road and route surveys, topographic and drone (UAV) surveys, GIS mapping and photogrammetry, and prepare engineering designs and drawings for national highways, railways, canals, power transmission lines and water-resources projects across India. We do not construct anything.

About the Role

We are hiring 2 Project Managers to lead our survey and design teams. Each will own 2-3 domains and grow into heading their own domain. You must come from a design / consultancy background so you can review drawings and guide designers, CAD engineers, surveyors and GIS analysts.

Our current work includes

- National highways: road surveys, alignment design, plan & profile, cross-sections, junctions and drainage design
- Railways: Engineering Scale Plans (ESP), GADs, yard and alignment plans, land plans
- Canals and water resources: canal surveys, drains, groundwater recharge system design
- Transmission lines: route survey and design, step-down transformer / substation layouts
- DPRs, feasibility reports and quantity estimates
- Mapping: drone (UAV) surveys, DGPS / total station surveys,



GIS mapping and photogrammetry

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and track multiple survey and design projects: scope, timelines, manpower and client milestones.
- Lead and review the work of designers, CAD draughtsmen, surveyors and GIS analysts; check drawings for accuracy and standards (IRC, MoRTH, RDSO, IR codes).
- Be the main point of contact for clients (Railways, NHAI, PSUs, consultants); present designs and get approvals.
- Build and grow the team as domains expand.
- Support technical bids, BOQs and project documentation.

Who Can Apply
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Transportation, Geomatics, Remote Sensing & GIS or Water Resources is a plus).
- 2+ years of DESIGN experience in a design consultancy / design office: highway design, railway design (ESP, GAD), drainage, canal, transmission line or water-resources design, with some team or project coordination.
- OR Freshers from a reputed engineering college with 90%+ (or 9.0+ CGPA) and a design / GIS / survey project or internship. We will train you.
- Hands-on with at least two of: AutoCAD / Civil 3D, MX Road / OpenRoads / MicroStation, QGIS / ArcGIS, Pix4D / Agisoft Metashape.
- Good communication and client handling; willing to travel to project sites for surveys.

What We Offer
- CTC: Rs 3.5 - 6 LPA (Rs 30,000 - 50,000 per month) based on experience and academics.
- Ownership of a domain and a clear path to Domain Head.
