Mandatory Requirements

- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, Operations, or a related role.
- Strong experience in cross-functional coordination and project tracking.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers.
- Strong follow-up and action-tracking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

EV background

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, electronics, electrical, automotive, EV, battery systems, or a similar industry




- Experience working with B2B customers and technical teams.
- Experience coordinating engineering or manufacturing projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and project trackers.
- BE/B.Tech in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Exposure to EV-related products or systems such as battery packs, BMS, wire harnesses, high-voltage/low-

voltage systems, charging systems, or power electronic
- Understanding of automotive/EV project phases such as prototype development, testing and validation,

supplier coordination, and production ramp-up
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949, or other automotive quality processes would be an added advantage
