Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Coordinate activities across business, technology, and operations teams.

- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.

- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Manage project documentation, change requests, and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and governance standards.

- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of project management experience.





- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification.

- Experience in IT, SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or Digital Transformation projects.

- Knowledge of SDLC and software delivery processes.

- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
