Project Manager - JD

1. Project execution and delivery (Structural and finishing)

2. Adherence to construction quality
3. Material management as per set standards
4. Site management as per set standards
5. Adherence to set budget (Actual spending vs budgeted spending)

6. Adherence to environmental norms

7. Adherence to safety norms
8. Securing of statutory approvals and clearance
9. Management of records & documentation

10.Adherence to timelines wrt to reports & MIS 11.Accuracy of reports & MIS

12.Non-compliances reported

13.Conduct timely reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

14.Exhibits accountability in achieving high personal performance standards; sets daily priorities for self

15.Appropriately balances quality of work with ability to meet deadlines 16.Develops and maintains relationships with team members and peers to increase productivity





17.Begins developing relationships with customers (internal and/or external)
