DO NOT SENT YOUR CV IF YOU HAVE APPLIED EARLIER Kavach Infra Projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and heavy structural steel EPC projects from inception through to site erection and commissioning. In this role, you will coordinate seamlessly across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery. The ideal candidate brings extensive domain expertise in structural steel infrastructure along with a steadfast commitment to construction safety, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities-

-Plan, execute, and monitor turnkey PEB and structural steel EPC projects across design, procurement, fabrication, and site erection phases.

- Supervise in office construction teams and subcontractors to ensure structural assembly adheres to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project milestones.
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects, structural consultants, and regulatory authorities to manage project scope, change orders,



and approvals.
- Track project budgets, cost variations, cash flows, and supply chain schedules to proactively mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Implement and uphold stringent Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all job sites.
- Generate periodic progress reports, Gantt charts, risk assessment documentation, and milestone dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements Skills- In-depth technical knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), structural steel fabrication, and industrial construction erection methodologies.

- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6, with the ability to interpret complex structural AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong understanding of relevant structural design codes (IS codes), safety regulations, and quality standards for industrial infrastructure.
- Proven commercial acumen in contract administration, vendor management, sub-contractor billing, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, cross-functional team coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities under tight timelines.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
