Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage real estate construction projects from planning to execution and final handover. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, cost control, quality standards, resource management and coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor end-to-end execution of real estate and construction projects.
2. Prepare project schedules, execution plans, budgets and timelines.
3. Ensure construction activities are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
4. Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
5. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
6. Manage manpower, materials, machinery and other project resources efficiently.
7. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at project sites.
8. Monitor project costs, control expenses and ensure effective budget utilization.
9. Handle contractor and subcontractor management,



including work allocation and performance monitoring.
10. Identify project risks, resolve execution-related issues and take corrective actions.
11. Review MIS reports, progress reports and project documentation.
12. Ensure smooth coordination between planning, procurement, engineering and execution teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate and construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of high-rise residential and commercial construction projects.
- Experience in Mivan shuttering technology will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, estimation and project scheduling.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and Excel.
- Excellent leadership, team management and decision-making skills.
- Strong vendor, contractor and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Candidates with experience in reputed real estate developer companies.
- Experience handling multiple construction activities and large-scale projects.
- Ability to independently manage project execution and site teams.
- Robust focus on quality, cost optimization and timely project delivery.
