- Robust experience as a Project Manager in construction projects
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
o Road / Highway Projects o Tunnel Projects o Land Development Projects o Commercial Projects o Residential Projects o Industrial / Infrastructure Projects
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete project execution from mobilization to final handover
- Manage site operations, planning, resources, subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure project completion within timeline, quality and budget
- Coordinate with clients, consultants,
architects, PMC and government authorities
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions for delays
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and contract documents
- Manage procurement, manpower, machinery and material requirements
- Monitor billing, variations, project costs and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory and environmental requirements
- Lead project review meetings and prepare MIS/project reports
- Manage commissioning, snag clearance and final project closure
