Role Description This is a full time, Project Finance Controller role based in Pune City.

The Project Finance

Controller oversees financial planning, monitoring, and control for capital and operational projects, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and company policies. Daily activities include preparing and reviewing project-specific financial statements, tracking costs and variances, and managing financial reporting for stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with project, engineering, and procurement teams, validating contracts and invoices, and supporting funding arrangements and cash flow management.

The Project Finance

Controller also contributes to risk assessment,



compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of project finance processes and controls.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with ability to apply financial principles to project environments.
- Experience working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for projects or capital investments.
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify variances, and provide actionable financial insights.
- CA with 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or financial modeling tools.
- Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and project accounting in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with financial and non-financial stakeholders, and manage deadlines.
