Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities as per schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Manage material procurement and site resources.
- Identify project delays and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Handle site inspections, billing, estimation, and project handover.
Required Skills:
- Robust project planning and execution skills.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Experience in site management and contractor coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cost control, quality, and safety management.
