SPAN International Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated, organized, and detailoriented Project Coordinator with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering to oversee and coordinate project activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for project planning, site coordination, progress monitoring, resource management, and documentation.

The role requires effective coordination with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management to ensure projects are executed efficiently and completed within the timelines and budget.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Progress Monitoring

- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled deadlines.
- Track project milestones and identify potential delays.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.

2. Site Visits & Supervision

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing project activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
- Verify that construction activities follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.

3. Team & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and management.
- Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and pending activities.
- Coordinate manpower and project-related requirements

.4. Material & Cost Management

- Monitor the availability and usage of construction materials.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery with vendors and suppliers.
- Track labour, equipment, and other project resources.
- Assist in monitoring project expenses and maintaining budget records

. 5. Documentation & Reporting





- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain project documents, engineering drawings, and site records.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain project-related correspondence.
- Track project deliverables and submit regular reports to management.

6. Quality & Safety Monitoring

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate quality inspections and site reviews.
- Monitor compliance with applicable site safety requirements.
- Report quality issues, safety concerns, and project risks to management.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory. B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Valuable understanding of construction processes and project execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Experience

- 1 Year Experience in Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in civil engineering, site coordination, or project management will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
