Location: Shivane, Pune Experience: 2–5 Years Department: Installation / Operations Reporting to: Operations Manager Team Managed: Carpenters / Installation Team  Job Summary To supervise and manage in office project execution and installation activities, ensure work is completed as per approved designs and timelines, manage the installation team, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure quality completion and smooth project handover.  Key Responsibilities 1. Site Supervision & Project Execution  Supervise day-to-day installation and project execution activities at assigned sites.  Ensure all installation work is completed as per the planned project timeline.  Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress, manpower and overall site requirements.

- Drawing, Measurement & Site Evaluation  Understand and interpret approved drawings, layouts and installation requirements.  Verify site measurements and actual site conditions before and during installation.  Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate for necessary corrections or clarifications. 3.

Installation Team

Management  Plan and allocate daily work to carpenters/installers based on project requirements.  Guide and supervise the installation team to ensure proper execution and productivity.  Coordinate manpower requirements, assembly activities and installation schedules to avoid delays.
- Design & Technical Coordination  Ensure installation is carried out in alignment with approved designs, drawings and specifications.  Coordinate with the design and backend teams regarding design changes, technical clarifications and site challenges.  Check the feasibility of designs as per available site conditions and communicate required modifications.

1. Site & Client Coordination  Coordinate with clients regarding site-related requirements, technical changes and project progress.  Coordinate with internal teams,



contractors and other site stakeholders for smooth project execution.  Explain product/installation requirements and completed work to clients whenever required. 6. Quality, Safety & Site Management  Conduct regular quality checks of installation, materials, fittings, alignment and finishing.  Ensure site-related elements such as flooring, painted walls, glass partitions and other finished areas are properly protected and maintained.  Ensure the work area is neat, clean and safe throughout the installation process. 7. Problem Solving & Project Reporting  Identify installation, material or site-related challenges and provide practical solutions.  Escalate technical, design, material or customer-related issues to the reporting manager when required.  Prepare and submit daily/MIS reports covering project progress, completed work, pending activities, issues and requirements. 8. Quality Inspection & Project Handover  Inform the Quality Executive once installation and finishing work is completed and the site is ready for inspection.  Coordinate with the Quality Executive for the final quality check and ensure identified defects or snagging points are rectified before handover.  Complete the client handover only after the required quality clearance, including necessary product/installation demonstration to the client.  Required Skills & Qualifications  2–5 years of experience in modular furniture installation, interior execution, site supervision or project coordination.  Experience in handling carpenters/installers and residential interior projects is preferred.  Experience with modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture installation and interior finishing will be an advantage.  Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.  ITI-qualified candidates with relevant modular furniture/interior site experience may also be considered.  Basic knowledge of technical drawings, measurements and site layouts is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
