We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Billing & Controls Executive (QS) to oversee billing operations, cost tracking, and project financial documentation for our biomedical project site in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQs, RA Bills, and Client/Subcontractor Bills. image_49d082.png

- Track project progress to ensure timely billing submissions and certifications. image_49d082.png

- Monitor overall project costs, budget utilization, and identify cost variances. image_49d082.png

- Analyze billing data proactively to flag project risks, delays, or cost overruns. image_49d082.png

- Coordinate cross-functionally with Project, Procurement, and Accounts teams for billing verification and cost control. image_49d082.png

- Maintain accurate billing records, measurement sheets, rate analysis, and project compliance documentation. image_49d082.png

- Prepare and present MIS reports related to project billing,



receivables, and cost tracking for management review. image_49d082.png

Candidate Profile & Key Skills
- Desired Qualifications: Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 7 years in Quantity Surveying (QS), project billing, and cost controls. image_49d082.png
