A. Required Education Qualification -

- Post-Graduation-M. Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology/ M.Sc (Computer Science or IT)/ M Sc. (IT and Computer Applications)/ MCA from reputed university preferably with 1st Division.

B. Experience Required-

- Minimum 7+ (Seven) years' post qualification experience in Information technology field including Experience in design and development and management of MIS for large scale social development/livelihoods preferably on regular basis is required. Experience in Project Management and Networking.
- Experience documentation in and maintaining of MIS data base and proficiency in MIS-Office. Work experience in Govt. sector will be an added advantage.

C. Key Roles & Responsibilities-

- Candidate shall be self-motivated to look into progress of projects at monthly/quarter/annual level to generate reports against the assigned projects and activities by the client.
- Drafting of notes, official letters and proposals based on skill set essentially desired and scope of designation under umbrella of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission.
- Update systems to keep current with SRLM's requirements, train staff and cadres to use reporting systems, monitor practical usage.




- Ensure timely submission of reports, compile data relevant to planning and budgeting.
- Attend State/National level workshops/ webinars/ meetings etc. as and when directed by client.
- Team management at district level across Haryana.
- Support State Program Managers of other domains.
- Other assignments as per directions of client.

D. Skills Required-

- Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills radiating well-versed with the knowledge and self-learning attitude towards adopting government work setting (Drafting of notes, letters, reports, presentations).
- Practical knowledge of MS Office, E-mail. Knowledge of objectives of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission.
- Expert hands-on in Mobile App & Wen Portal, MIS Management, Understanding of objectives of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods (DDU-GKY, RSETI, DAY-NRLM).
- Practical skills in SQL/MYSQL/PostgreSQL-Advanced queries, Joins, Stored Procedures, MS Excel Advanced (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros), Google Sheets, Python/R for data analysis (desirable), Data cleaning, validation, de-duplication, Al tools.
