Position Title: Program Management Specialist - Suspension

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

- Experience of using Program management tools like PLM, Microsoft projects, Zoho etc.
- Thorough knowledge of product development cycle.
- Knowledge of project scheduling.
- Valuable technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of prototyping & validation.

- Systematic approach

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

- Keep records of project kick off received and monitor the progress.
- Prepare the program schedule with detailed activities and assign responsibilities to respective departments with targets. Program shall be aligned to customer milestones.
- Provide advance information to CFT about tasks to be finished. Drive the CFT to meet milestones. Inform CFT about upcoming tasks. Manage multiple projects.
- Regularly connect customer, update upcoming development actions, time and align plan with customer.




- Daily monitor tasks of CFT members and co-ordinate for completion.
- Escalate the issues as needed.
- Keep on assessing the risks for events and work on de-risking & to bring the program on track.
- Prepare MIS for NPD projects and present during internal reviews.
- Timely update management.
