Job Summary

NIYO School of Future is looking for confident and enthusiastic Program Coordinators who can interact with parents, explain educational programs, and drive student enrolments. The role involves field visits, parent counselling, follow-ups, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, and local communities to connect with parents and families.
- Counsel parents and understand their educational needs.
- Explain NIYO's programs, benefits, fees, and enrolment process.
- Follow up with interested parents and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Build relationships with parents and local networks.
- Handle parent queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve monthly enrolment and sales targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports and follow up with prospective parents.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valuable communication skills in local languages and basic professional English.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to work with targets.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
- Knowledge of the local area and ability to connect with families.
- Self-motivated, confident, and organised.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales, counselling, education, admissions, field marketing, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field may also apply.
