Role Overview

Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of live online workshops, certification programs, mentor-led sessions, courses, and Live Labs, working across mentors, participants, academic, technical, marketing, LMS, certification, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and coordinate workshops, courses, certification programs, schedules, and program calendars.

· Coordinate mentors for session flow, presentations, rehearsals, Live Labs, and technical readiness.

· Manage participant registrations, communication, reminders, learning resources, LMS access, and queries.

· Host/support live sessions on Google Meet/Zoom, including attendance, Q&A;, engagement, and basic technical support.

· Coordinate Live Lab access, recordings, content handover, publishing workflows, and related documentation.

· Manage attendance, certificate eligibility, participant/mentor feedback, and post-program reports.

· Maintain MIS reports, SOPs, execution checklists, quality standards, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

· Candidates from all academic backgrounds are welcome; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline is acceptable.

· 1-4 years of experience in Program Coordination, EdTech,



Training/Academic/Learning Operations, Customer Support, Administration, or a related role.

· Freshers with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills may also be considered.

· Strong written/verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, documentation, reporting, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

· Working knowledge of Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and WhatsApp Business; CRM familiarity is an advantage.

· Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, mentors, learners, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· EdTech, webinar management, mentor/faculty coordination, academic operations, or online learning exposure is preferred but not mandatory.

· Strong ownership mindset, qualified stakeholder handling, and comfort working from the Noida office.

· Programs are prepared in advance, launched on time, and delivered smoothly.

· Mentors and participants receive clear communication and dependable operational support.

· Program records, recordings, certificates, and reports move through an accurate and controlled workflow.
