Role & responsibilities

- Configure, develop, and support Profisee MDM solutions based on business requirements.

- Design and maintain data models, hierarchies, matching, survivorship, workflows, and data quality rules.

- Analyze, profile, validate, and reconcile data across multiple source systems.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality and master data issues.

- Support onboarding of recent data sources through profiling, mapping, and validation activities.

- Develop source-to-target mapping documents and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide MDM solutions.

- Support integration activities between Profisee MDM and enterprise applications.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge repositories.

- Participate in implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and production support activities

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-9 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Management,



Data Engineering, or related areas.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM.

- Strong experience in MDM configuration, workflows, hierarchies, matching, and survivorship.

- Advanced SQL skills with data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting experience.

- Strong knowledge of Data Quality Management and Data Governance concepts.

- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and large data analysis.

- Understanding of ETL and Data Integration concepts.

- Experience in source-to-target mapping and technical documentation.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.

- Experience working with business users to resolve data quality and master data issues.
