Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide L2 production support for Azure PaaS services, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and incidents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.

- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and internal processes.

- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage for critical production systems.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.

- Robust understanding of cloud computing concepts (Azure) and ability to work with various technologies.

- Experience in providing Level 2 production support for SaaS applications or similar environments.
