- Manage daily shift schedules for spice cleaning, roasting, grinding, mixing, and packaging lines.
- Track output against daily and weekly production targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations such as FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and export quality norms.
- Oversee routine checks and preventive maintenance of spice grinders, pulverizers, roasting drums, sieves, and packing machines.
Coordinate with the maintenance team quickly to minimize equipment downtime
