Project Name: Plastics Recycling Project Roles & responsibilities

Supervisor Role Summary: To oversee daily plant operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across all equipment and processes.

Qualification - Any Graduation , Diploma, ITI

Location - Dubai

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise operations of dryer, shredder, conveyor systems, thermal fluid heating system, and board cutting lines.

- Generating required daily reports as advised by the Manager.
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, flow rates, material throughput).
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure proper operation of hot & cold thermal fluid systems to avoid overheating or inefficiencies.
- Oversee safe material handling.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
- Maintain production logs,



downtime reports, and shift performance reports.
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met.

Core Requirements ● Practical experience in plant operations, preferably in plastics recycling or a similar industrial process environment. ● Working knowledge of dryers, shredders, conveyors, thermal fluid heating systems, and cutting-line operations. ● Ability to monitor process parameters, maintain production records, and prepare operational reports. ● Positive coordination, team-supervision, troubleshooting, and communication skills. ● Strong commitment to workplace safety, HSE compliance, and product quality.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
