Role Overview:

Angirus is looking for a hands-on Production / Process Engineer to support daily plant operations at our manufacturing facility in Hirehalli. The role involves supervising production, improving process consistency, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring product quality and workplace safety.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves practical shop-floor problems, and works effectively with a small team in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and supervise daily production based on targets, manpower, and material availability.

· Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot issues affecting output and product quality.

· Reduce material wastage, rework, downtime, and unnecessary resource consumption.

· Guide operators and workers on production methods, protected practices, and daily priorities.

· Coordinate preventive maintenance and timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.

· Maintain production, quality, downtime, and material consumption records.





· Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality checks.

· Coordinate with management, suppliers, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.

· Support plant setup, equipment commissioning, and process stabilisation as required.

Requirements:

· Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Relevant experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or process operations.

· Ability to identify root causes and implement practical corrective actions.

· Understanding of production planning, quality control, equipment maintenance, and industrial safety.

· Ability to supervise shop-floor teams and communicate instructions clearly.

· Basic proficiency in Excel and daily production reporting.

· Willingness to work closely with operators and take responsibility for execution.

· Experience in building materials, concrete products, recycling, or material processing would be an advantage.
