Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning professional with expertise in pneumatic and industrial valve manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, material coordination, inventory control, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
2. Plan and monitor manufacturing activities for pneumatic valves, industrial valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, solenoid valves, and related components.
3. Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth production operations.
4. Monitor machine loading, manpower utilization, and production capacity.
5. Track production progress against planned targets and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
6. Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials, components, and work-in-progress (WIP).
7. Monitor BOM, material availability, inventory levels, and shortages.
8. Prepare and maintain production schedules, MIS reports, and daily production reports.

Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement of raw materials and bought-out components.
10. Identify bottlenecks in production and implement measures to improve productivity.
11. Monitor lead times, rejection rates, and on-time delivery performance.
12. Work on ERP/SAP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory tracking.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Experience in pneumatic or industrialis preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, machining, assembly, testing, and valve manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of BOM, MRP, routing, capacity planning, and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP / MRP systems.
- Solid coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
