URGENTLY REQUIRED PRODUCTION PLC OPERATOR FOR HYDERABAD

Desired Profile:

The Production PLC Operator will be responsible for operate SCADA/PLC system and overseeing batch wise production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining smooth plant operations for our products. The role involves coordinating with the production team, monitoring raw materials and finished goods, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and ISO standards.

:

- Operate and monitor SCADA/PLC-controlled production systems for our products.
- Plan and execute daily production activities as per production schedules and batch requirements.
- Control and adjust process parameters (mixing, batching, dosing, conveying, packing) through PLC/HMI systems.
- Supervise and guide shop-floor operators/helpers during shifts, if required.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, downtime reports, and shift reports.
- Minimize downtime, wastage, and deviations through proactive monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and plant safety regulations.




- Monitor production output and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Perform routine checks on machinery and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Maintain production records, batch logs, downtime reports, and PLC-related process data.
- Track pending production orders and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualification and Skills:

- Should have min 1-3 years of experience in Construction chemicals / Paints industry
- Graduate in Science – Engineering / Chemistry background
- Knowledge of production process and activities, should be capable enough to work under stress, manage production rate and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of operations & time management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
