Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on sales orders and demand forecasts.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and QA teams to ensure smooth production operations.

- Monitor raw material, packaging material and finished goods availability against production plans.

- Ensure optimal utilisation of production capacity and resources.

- Monitor production plan versus actual output and identify deviations.

- Update and maintain production planning data in SAP.

- Generate SAP reports related to production orders, material consumption and stock availability.

- Coordinate with Stores to ensure RM/PM availability and avoid production delays.

- Monitor finished goods stock and coordinate production requirements based on demand.

- Maintain daily production planning MIS and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- SAP knowledge is mandatory.

- Must have Exp., in Food/ FMCG/ Dairy industry

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and production planning MIS.

- Understanding of RM, PM, WIP and FG inventory management.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Production Planning / PPC, preferably in the dairy, food processing or FMCG industry.
