Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5–15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Salary: ₹60,000–85,000 per month

Industry: Precision Machining / Hydraulic & Pneumatic Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage daily production across CNC, VMC and assembly operations.
- Prepare production schedules as per delivery commitments.
- Manage manpower, machine utilisation and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality and Stores departments.
- Minimise rejection, rework and machine idle time.
- Prepare production MIS reports for management.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of CNC programming, tooling and process planning.
- Understanding of cycle-time estimation.
- Experience in ERP-based production planning.
- Knowledge of ERP/Inventory software and MS Excel.
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
