Role & responsibilities

Ensure planned production targets are achieved by Ensuring minimum ullage and maximum sale of crude oil. Optimization of operating cost on continues basis. To ensure achieving Annual Business plan objectives

As a representative of Operating Committee (OC), need to actively coordinate with JV partner as per day to day project requirements

Continuous monitor and fine-tuning well behaviour for optimum rate of production from wells.

Plan periodic well intervention activities to achieve planned production.

Periodic maintenance for ensuring positive health of equipment and maximum up time

Ensure all required contracts are in place and renewed/ tendered as per project requirement in coordination with Procurement team.

Also address the issues related to vendors are addressed and closed on time

Timely submission of Monthly reports to external & internal stakeholders (daily, monthly, quarterly,



half yearly & annual report submission to GPCB, DGMS & DGH for proper compliance)

Liaison with external agencies like GPCB, DGMS, ONGC, DGH, Excise, Income tax & Labour Commissioner for closure of open issues related to project

Ensure best practices are followed while executing the job and existing safety systems are aligned as per the company Safety Management Plan

Ensure all the Land lease agreements are in place and renewed on timely basis by liaison with the landlords.

Explore ways to optimize the Land footprint.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum or Mechanical or Chemical

Total Experience: 4-6 years in E&P; company, with hand on experience in Production operations of Crude oil
