Candidate Requirements & Eligibility:

- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma (Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience in Herbal / Botanical Extraction, API, Phyto-pharmaceuticals, or Specialty Chemicals
- Key Process Knowledge:
- Solid–liquid extraction, column chromatography, filtration, and crystallization
- Operation of solvent recovery systems, reactors, evaporators, centrifuges, and spray dryers
- Familiarity with cGMP, standard batch records (BMR / BPR), and plant safety protocols
- Shift handling, manpower management, and yield optimization





Key Job Responsibilities:

- Shift Management: Supervise and execute day-to-day manufacturing operations according to daily production schedules.
- Batch Operations: Ensure charging, extraction, concentration, purification, and drying processes comply strictly with BMR/BPR norms.
- Equipment Oversight: Monitor proper operation of reactors, extractors, distillation columns, vacuum dryers, and condensers.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain cGMP standards, log sheet entries, area hygiene, and coordinate with QA/QC for in-process samples.
- EHS & Safety: Enforce proper PPE usage, solvent handling norms, and waste/ETP management on the plant floor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
