Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and improving assembly line production activities, ensuring smooth production flow, manpower utilization, productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day assembly line production activities to achieve planned production targets.
- Monitor line productivity, manpower, cycle time, downtime and production output.
- Ensure smooth operation of assembly/conveyor lines and minimize line stoppages.
- Handle line balancing, manpower allocation and production planning.
- Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, rejection,



rework and process efficiency.
- Implement Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, hourly production monitoring and shift reports.
- Support new model/product introduction and process improvement activities.

Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in production / assembly line operations.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production control.
- Ability to manage operators and achieve shift-wise production targets.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 7 QC Tools / Kaizen / 5S is preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
