We are hiring a Production Engineer with 2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication. The candidate should have solid knowledge of welding processes and production planning. Responsible for supervising shop floor activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations
- Monitor welding & fabrication processes
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
- Optimize manpower and materials usage
- Coordinate with design and quality teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Good knowledge of welding techniques
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
