Post : Product Training & Sales Trainee - Tipwood

Department : Sales & Marketing

Location : Malad, Mumbai

Experience : Fresher / 0 - 2 years

Qualification : Graduate or Diploma - Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing or any relevant field preferred)

Salary : Fresher 30k / 1 year - 5 LPA

Ofc Working : 9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Saturday -

Job Objective To develop a thorough understanding of Tipwood products, applications, technical specifications and installation methods, and support the sales team in promoting Tipwood among architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn the complete Tipwood product range, features, benefits and technical specifications.
- Understand product applications including:

Exterior cladding and faades

Louvers and screens

Pergolas and decking

Fencing and outdoor furniture

Architectural and landscaping applications.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for architects, dealers and customers.
- Assist the sales team in generating new business enquiries.
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders and dealer showrooms.
- Explain product advantages over natural wood, WPC and other alternative materials.
- Understand installation procedures and coordinate with installation teams.




- Maintain customer databases and follow up on enquiries.
- Support exhibitions, architect meets, dealer meets and product demonstrations.
- Prepare daily activity reports and weekly sales updates.

Skills Required
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn technical product details.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel,PowerPoint and digital tools.
- Confidence in interacting with architects and customers.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

- Product knowledge and technical training.
- Product application and installation training.
- Competitor and market understanding.
- Sales presentation and customer handling.
- Practical field training with the sales team.
