Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and presentable Product Specialist to manage customer interactions at our Real Estate Project Site Office. The role focuses on showcasing the project's features, design, amenities and unique selling propositions (USPs), ensuring an engaging and informative customer experience.

No Sales Targets: Focused on project presentations, product knowledge, customer experience and supporting the frontline sales team

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer walkins at the project experience centre.
- Understand the projects design, features, USP's & innovations in depth.
- Interact & explain the various USP's of the project by showcasing their key attributes & benefits to the customers.




- Act as a strategic partner to the frontline sales team by establishing the product USP's & building confidence in customers.
- Record client preferences & give required inputs to the closing sales team.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust product demonstration and customer engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of residential real estate projects, floor plans and property features.
- Ability to explain project USPs and architectural concepts effectively.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
