Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP as per approved Purchase Requisitions.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and vendor details in the system.
- Monitor PO status and maintain procurement records.

Vendor Coordination
- Float approved POs to vendors through email.
- Follow up with vendors for order acknowledgements
- Coordinate with vendors regarding documentation and routine queries.

Approval & Documentation Support
- Track pending approvals and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain procurement files, contracts, quotations, and supplier records.

Procurement Operations Support




- Support the Packaging Procurement team in daily procurement activities.
- Assist in compiling comparative statements.
- Update procurement trackers, reports, and MIS.
- Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams for smooth procurement operations.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or equivalent).
- Relevant internship or office experience will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of SAP ERP (training can be provided).
- Positive data entry and documentation skills.
