Key Responsibilities:
- Raw Material Sourcing: Identify current suppliers and explore alternate vendors.
- Vendor Development: Collect quotations, compare prices, and support price negotiations.
- Sample Coordination: Follow up with suppliers for samples and coordinate with R&D; for testing and trials.
- New Product Development (NPD): Coordinate with R&D; and Business teams to support new product launches.
- Documentation & Vendor Onboarding: Collect vendor documents and support vendor registration.
- Order & Dispatch Tracking: Track purchase orders, material dispatches, and delivery schedules.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with R&D;, QC, Warehouse, Finance, Planning, and Regulatory Affairs.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
