- Manage end-to-end procurement of packing materials required for yarn manufacturing, winding, storage..
- Handle procurement of PP woven bags, HDPE bags, BOPP bags, carton boxes, corrugated boxes, paper cones, tubes and other packaging consumables.
- Monitor stock levels, consumption patterns and replenishment requirements.
- Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers for various packing materials.
- Source recent vendors to improve competitiveness, quality and supply reliability.
- Independently negotiate prices, payment terms, credit periods, transportation and other commercial conditions.
- Conduct price benchmarking and market analysis for packing materials.
- Manage purchase requisitions, quotation analysis, purchase orders and order tracking.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and approval procedures.
- Monitor material lead times and ensure availability without excess stocking.
