Experience: Min 10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager (SDM) with strong expertise in Process Excellence (PEX), process improvement and business transformation.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in Consumer Lending/Banking.

Expertise in Process Excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Experience in managing large teams and end-to-end delivery operations.

Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies Black belt certified.

Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, transformation, and automation initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
