What youll achieve:

As a Principal Engineer in Service Delivery, you’ll design and deliver advanced solutions, automate operations and improve reliability. You will create documentation and handover materials for sustained success.

You will:

- Partner with customers and vendors to identify pain points, resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance service delivery
- Monitor and drive partner performance against key metrics, including timeliness, quality, productivity, inventory control, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to maximize the overall customer experience
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and optimize vendor performance
- Manage reporting, data exchange, and B2B service support activities in collaboration with customers, partners, and IT teams

Essential Requirements:

- Supply chain operations expertise with robust knowledge of forward and reverse logistics processes
- Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including capabilities and industry best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and similar data analysis and reporting tools
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels and cross-functional teams
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering positive outcomes
