We are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented and commercially driven professionals to join our Pricing Team.

The role involves freight rate procurement, pricing negotiations, customer quotations, rate management and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, overseas agents and internal teams.

Candidates with experience in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Import, Export or ISO Tank Pricing are encouraged to apply. Designation and responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate's experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, overseas agents and vendors.
- Negotiate freight rates, local charges, surcharges and other applicable costs.
- Handle pricing enquiries from Sales, Key Accounts and Operations teams.
- Prepare and share competitive customer quotations within defined timelines.
- Manage Ocean Freight (Import & Export), Air Freight (Import & Export) and ISO Tank pricing requirements.




- Ensure accurate costing, rate calculations and appropriate profit margins.
- Maintain and update freight rate sheets, tariffs and pricing databases.
- Monitor rate validity, amendments, surcharges and market fluctuations.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors and overseas agents for rate confirmations.
- Monitor freight market trends, competitor pricing and trade-lane developments.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved procurement.
- Maintain quotation trackers, pricing reports and MIS.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; preference for Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Pricing.
- Experience in Ocean Freight Import & Export Pricing will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Air Freight and ISO Tank Pricing will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of freight rates, shipping lines, airlines and international trade lanes.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and coordination skills.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple pricing enquiries and work within deadlines.
