Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and customers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and conduct pricing analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and market intelligence.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Support sales teams and tender management with rates and service details.
- Manage sea export documentation, operations, and carrier routing.
- Create forwarding jobs and ensure accurate customer billing.
- Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) and coordinate BL drafts with shipping lines.
- Ensure timely payments to shipping lines and avoid penalties.
- Submit Bills of Lading (BL) and original invoices to customers on time.
