- Conduct third-party inspection of pressure vessels during fabrication as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable codes.
- Inspect raw materials, plates, pipes, flanges, fittings and other pressure vessel components.
- Verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs), material traceability and heat numbers.
- Perform fit-up, welding, dimensional and visual inspections.
- Monitor welding activities, WPS/PQR and welder qualification records.
- Review and verify NDT reports, including RT, UT, MT and PT.
- Witness PWHT, hydrostatic testing and other mandatory inspection activities.
- Ensure fabrication compliance with ASME Section VIII Div. 1, ASME Section IX and applicable project specifications.
- Review QAP/ITP, inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Prepare inspection reports, punch lists and final inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with client representatives, manufacturers and QA/QC teams.
