Brightsun Engineering and Fabrications, a leading provider of precision metal fabrication solutions, is looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC and manual press brake machines to bend and form metal sheets accurately as per engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal sheets.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Select appropriate machine settings, tools, and bending sequences for various materials.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and dimensional precision using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.




- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in operating CNC or manual press brake machines.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle and maneuver metal sheets of varying sizes and weights.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
