We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team in Pallavaram. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience teaching preschool students, with expertise in early childhood education and chart work.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for young children.

- Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth.

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.

- Collaborate with other teachers on school-wide events and activities.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.

- Participate in staff meetings and career development opportunities.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

- Proven experience as a preschool teacher, preferably in a playgroup, nursery, or kindergarten setting.

- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
