The Nursery Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children (ages 2.54 years). The teacher will design age-appropriate activities to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while fostering curiosity and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with the school’s early childhood curriculum.
- Create a warm, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Support children’s social and emotional development through positive interactions.
- Incorporate play-based and experiential learning methods.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain detailed records.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s development and well-being.
- Encourage creativity through art, music, movement, and storytelling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom workplace.




- Support children in developing basic skills — self-care, sharing, cooperation, and communication.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCEd or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred.

- Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication
