About the Role

Prwatech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to support its sales team in connecting with prospective customers and promoting the company's training programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers and respond to inquiries about training programs.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Explain course features, benefits, duration and other details.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and counselling sessions.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records in the designated tracker or CRM.
- Support the team in converting interested prospects into enrolments.

Requirements





- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Any graduate or undergraduate with excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, customer interaction and business development.
- Candidates should be proactive, confident and comfortable communicating with prospective customers.
