About the Role

FIDEM IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic IT-related technical knowledge and an interest in tender preparation, BOQ estimation, technical documentation, and techno-commercial proposals.

Fresh graduates with a technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing sheets.
- Review tender/RFP documents and understand technical specifications.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for quotations and product details.
- Prepare technical compliance statements and product comparisons.
- Support the sales team in tender submissions and documentation.
- Maintain tender records and project-related documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Required IT Technical Knowledge Candidates should have basic knowledge or understanding of the following IT-related technologies:

- Networking: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, and Wireless Networks.
- IT Infrastructure: Servers, Storage, Data Centers, and Network Infrastructure.
- Structured Cabling: Fiber Optic, UTP Cables,



and Patch Panels.
- CCTV & Video Surveillance: IP Cameras, NVR, and DVR.
- Access Control Systems: Biometric Devices, RFID, and Access Control Panels.
- Fire Alarm Systems: Basic understanding of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems.
- ELV Systems: BMS, Audio Video (AV), and other integrated systems.
- IT Hardware: Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and related peripherals.

Required Skills

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and product datasheets.
- Willingness to learn tendering, estimation, and pre-sales processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
