Key Responsibilities

- PR Strategy & Media Outreach:

Develop and execute B2B public relations campaigns targeting industry trade journals, specialized news portals, and podcast channels in BFSI, Title & Settlement, and Precision Manufacturing/Engineering.
- Media Pitching & Content Drafting:

Draft high-impact press releases, pitch angles, media alerts, executive commentary, and thought leadership contributed articles. Pitch senior journalists, trade editors, and industry analysts.
- Media Monitoring & Analytics:

Track, measure, and report on brand coverage, share of voice (SOV), media sentiment, press pickup, and backlink impact across both brands. Conduct competitor PR benchmark analysis.
- Executive Visibility & Speaker Bureau:

Identify and secure speaking opportunities, panel seats, industry award submissions, and podcast features for leadership executives across target industry events and trade shows.
- Reputation Management & Crisis Comms:





Assist in monitoring online brand reputation (social channels, review platforms, industry forums) and help formulate transparent response strategies when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations (agency or in-house), serving clients in BFSI, Manufacturing, Technology, or B2B Professional Services.
- Media Network:

Demonstrated track record of securing earned media coverage and pitch pickups in trade publications, business journals, or digital news media.
- Skills:

o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn complex business/technical updates into media-worthy stories.

o Strong research, analytical, and media monitoring skills using PR tools (e.g., Cision, Muck Rack, Meltwater, Google Alerts).
